The word meditation does not have the same meaning in Nepal as in the west. Meditation is an inner journey to explore within. Most of the time, we are extroverted. In order to seek the supreme consciousness, we do meditation. In meditation, there is intense concentration and refined understanding. It brings to live happy, solace, peace even in crowd. Main goal of meditation is to attain our true nature: Pure Consciousness. There are different kinds of Meditation.

Kundalini Meditation
Body has the source of energy. It is in gross situation. Through musical instrument and using some other technique we vibrate and energize the energy center and bring aliveness.

Vipassana Meditation
Vipassana meditation is draw-back senses within to find who am I, what am I and where am I, coined by Lord Buddha. It is related to breathing and consciousness. Through technique it brings highly sensitiveness to us. It is totally an art of living day to day lives.

Dynamic Meditation
We use some techniques of breathing in music and do some exercises related to body, energy and mind. That brings our sleeping energy into trance.

Morning Meditation
It is an easiest way of meditation. Simply we stay in a normal position and through master learner practice meditation in comfort position.

Nataraja Meditation
Nataraja is related to Shiva dance. We dance like a Lord Shiva and get the cosmic energy and calms down our ego and cravings.

Nada Brahma Meditation
It is a meditation of cosmic journey. Through some technique one can feel relax, stressless calm and pure listening the divine sound of God.

Urja Meditation
Our body is just like a torch light. There is batteries inside and energy in battery. Like our body has more energy point. In this meditation one can feel the energy point and can move into the own way.

Chakra Meditation
Chakra means plexus. We have seven major plexuses in body. It is the different energy point. In this meditation, you can feel energy, we will guide you through technique and we energize our plexus.


Yoga is a group of physical, mental, and spiritual practices or disciplines which originated in ancient India. There is a broad variety of Yoga schools, practices, and goals in Hinduism, Buddhism, and Jainism. It is a practice where an individual trains the mind or induces a mode of consciousness, either to realize some benefit or for the mind to simply acknowledge its content without becoming identified with that content, or as an end in itself.

The term Yoga refers to a broad variety of practices that includes techniques designed to promote relaxation, build internal energy or life force (qi, ki, prana, etc.) and develop compassion, love, patience, generosity, and forgiveness. A particularly ambitious form of Yoga aims at effortlessly sustained single-pointed concentration meant to enable its practitioner to enjoy an indestructible sense of well-being while engaging in any life activity. There are different kinds of Yoga.

Kundalini Yoga
The awakening of the life force is Kundalini. No theoretical knowledge ever helps us and no anatomical visualization of Kundalini is really meaningful for meditation.
It offers from individual to individual. The root is not going to be the same.
One has to feel the chakras, not know about them, so you have to feel yours, and your Kundalini and its passage through Kundalini Yoga. When there is a block and the Kundalini is blocked. If the passage is clear no chakra is needed and you will never feel anything.
One has to go into meditation, and then the energy begins to move. If you are deep in it, then the inner energy begins to move upward, and you will feel the change of flow. It will be felt in some ways; even physiologically the change can be known.

Yoga Nidra
Yoga is yoke between body and soul. It is the process of meditation through one can remain relaxation and reduce all stress and frustration. It is like refreshment program of body and mind though technique and musical therapy. Yoga Nidra is the best, cheapest and most permanent method of inducing deep relaxation of the entire human structure and it improve deep sleep.

Nada Yoga
Nada means ‘Sound’. It is a divine sound of cosmos. We teach you the technique by one can listen the Sound of one hand clapping of Universe. If one listens remain no tension and stress in the mind. It leads to pure awareness.

Hatha Yoga
Hatha means to alignment body, energy(Prana) and mind. We teach you the technique by one can yoke body and mind. It links body and mind one through posture, pranayam with different Asanas. The techniques do not only links but makes healthy, wealthy and happy life. Yoga cures chronic disease and it removes pain, suffering, and frustration. It gives strength power through pranayama also purifies Pancha kosa, Chakras, Physical and spiritual Nadis, Kundalini power etc.

Kriya Yoga
Kriya Yoga comprises austerity, self-study and resignation to the cosmic will. Kriya Yoga is a secret technique that has been worshipped down the ages by word of mouth from Guru to disciple. The purpose of Kriya Yoga is to transform your whole life into continuous expression of joy, bliss and wisdom.

According to Hindu tradition devotees go to temple and sing lorry of the God. It is a song of god – divine song through it makes our mind peace and it leads to us to highly devotion.

Music Healing
It is very possible to heal ourselves by music. Music is power of God we do heal you through music and heal our body and mind into one.
